Hi! I’m Laura Glazer, a creative director and designer with over a decade of experience turning big ideas into strategic, impactful visuals.
My passion lies in using the power of print and digital design to bring stories to life and strengthen connections between brands and their audiences.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed my design and communication skills through diverse roles, from leading a marketing campaign that boosted ticket sales by 20% for a nonprofit, to designing inclusive talent acquisition tools for healthcare organizations. My work spans strategic branding, project management, and hands-on design, with a consistent focus on collaboration and clear communication.
In my role as Design and Publications Director and Program Manager at Dr Martin Luther King Jr School Museum of Contemporary Art (KSMoCA), I manage a small team of designers as we create public-facing digital and printed materials. I approach each project with curiosity, care, and creativity. Whether managing a rebrand, spearheading digital campaigns, or crafting assets that resonate, I strive to deliver designs that don’t just communicate—they inspire.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me working on socially engaged art projects like collaborating on publishing projects in under-served communities, leading workshops on ideation, zines, and letter writing, speaking about curiosity, design, and research at Creative Mornings, and exploring new ways to celebrate creativity and connection.
Let’s create something extraordinary together!
