Documentation of a project called See Also: Making Friends in the New York Public Library Picture Collection which explores the socially engaged aspects of research at the NYPL Picture Collection. The design of the book incorporates the stories and research of eight participants and documents their personal connections to their research interests. The project offers an alternative approach to conducting research and the book is available to check out from the NYPL.
